An international marketing organisation is looking for an outstanding candidate to join their growing team in China. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, innovative and pro-active individual who is highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Responsibility
• Monitor and implement exhibition projects and events throughout China and Asia
• Establish and build out the office and their China business
• Project-related stakeholder management (clients, suppliers, internal departments) on every level of the hierarchy
• Act as leader of project management team as well as work closely with headquarter and regional management.
• To manage the team in reviewing quality, progress, safety, budget and deadline
• Drive the growth and deliver new business with high quality
• Expand the network of partner’s and suppliers in all production and creation competences
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• At least 5 years of senior project management within the exhibitions or events industry, specifically in China
• Extensive and proven Project Management, Risk Management & Quality control knowledge
• Extensive multi-national exposure with a good sense of cultural sensitivity
• Strong technical knowledge
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• The role will be based in Shanghai
