A well-established leading conglomerate is looking for a superb Receptionist to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and will need to thrive in a fast paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at Reception
- Manage conference room booking
- Handle all incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Handle and prioritize incoming mail/email for the office
- Greet clients and provide general information on all aspects of the company
- Oversee and complete basic office tasks such as managing office supplies and equipment
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
- Be punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
- Confident yet friendly and warm personality
- Good knowledge in MS office
