This leading global professional services firm is looking to hire a visionary, tech-savvy and commercial Regional Marketing Leader. Demonstrating the ability to understand and interpret the business’ needs, you will possess the depth, capability and energy to drive forward the APAC marketing function. Immerse yourself in this challenging role whilst partnering a smart, progressive Global/APAC Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strong and effective Thought Leadership
- Develop strong relationships with all Regional stakeholders through developing a strong understanding and ability to interpret their issues and requirements
- Develop effective and progressive APAC strategy
- Identify, strategize and implement smart technology and initiatives to kick-start the marketing : tech revolution
- Manage, build and drive an integrated marketing team across APAC, whilst simultaneously collaborating with colleagues/peers globally
- Identify and implement the most effective marketing mix to best leverage Regional and Local activities
- Inspire, support, develop and mentor APAC marketing professionals
Requirements:
- Circa 10-12 years’ experience within professional services, technology or financial services industries
- Educated to Degree/Masters level
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High EQ & IQ – outstanding people management skills, especially cross-culture
- Vision & bravery to effectively implement change
- Trend setter
