Job Description

A reputable multinational law firm is searching for a superb Administrative Assistant to support one of their teams. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-orientated, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall secretarial and administrative support to senior executives and the team
  • Arrange courier collections or deliveries
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of expense claims and reimbursements
  • Support presentation production or produce presentations from scratch
  • Organise and support team functions and events
  • Maintain and order stationery supplies
  • Ensure that copies of arbitral or court documentation are properly filed and distributed
  • Assist with the preparation of vendor invoice payments and billing
  • Draft simple correspondence and documents
  • Prepare, edit, format and proof read letters and documents
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of secretarial and administration experience, preferably within the professional services or legal industry
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese 
  • Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Self-motivated individuals with friendly personality and good interpersonal skills 
  • Have the ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Be an ambitious self-starter, eager to take on responsibilities and take initiative to solve problems
