Responsibilities
- Handle extremely busy diaries and schedules of senior management and team
- Co-coordinating of meetings, conferences and conference calls
- Extensive travel booking
- Prepare travel visa application for team
- Maintain and update database
- Handle phone and e-mail correspondence
- Assist in ad-hoc admin tasks and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Strong language skills, with fluent English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- At least 3 years solid experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services
- Able to record, transcribe and distribute meetings of minutes
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills with good telephone manner and
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
