An international professional services firm is looking for a superb Team Assistant to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be flexible and detail-oriented, with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior executives and the team
- Organise scheduling and handle diary management
- Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
- Coordinate conferences and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of expense claims and reimbursements
- Procurement of stationery and general office related matters
- Support presentation production or produce presentations
- Assist with the preparation of vendor invoice payments and billing
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational company; preferably in financial industry or professional services
- Flexible and friendly approach, willingness to learn and someone who enjoys hard work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)
