A family owned international trust and corporate services company is looking for an outstanding candidate to join their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be highly organized, able to multi task and cope in a very busy and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Team to close new trusts and other businesses effectively
• Prepare trust documents independently
• Handle daily administration work and ensure compliance with company policy
• Provide quality services to clients
• Coordinate both internally and externally with business partners
Requirement
• Degree holder in law, accounting or business related discipline
• At least 3-5 years solid experience in handling trust administration and company secretarial matters
• Ideally a STEP student member
• Good knowledge of the statutory and regulatory requirements, and best practice, for the administration of client entities
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred
