Our client, a leading conglomerate based in Hong Kong, is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Butler to manage their household activities. As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. You will uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism while promoting teamwork and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Household Management: Oversee and manage the household activities schedule, ensuring optimal coordination and organization.
Appointment and Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and outings, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.
Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with relevant departments to plan and execute special events and activities, ensuring seamless coordination and logistics.
Logistics and Resources: Organize transportation, accommodation, and necessary resources for household activities and events.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate dynamic scheduling needs and changes.
Teamwork and Cooperation: Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with the employer and stakeholders.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in household management or personal assistant capacity.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail to effectively manage schedules and activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders and household staff.
A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
