Key Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to a C-Level executive.
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring all operational needs are met seamlessly.
Lead and manage a team of Executive Assistants within the office, ensuring smooth operations and fostering accountability and teamwork.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and maintain professional relationships.
Handle sensitive information with the highest confidentiality and discretion.
Assist with ad hoc projects and events as required by executive leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum 8–10 years of Executive Assistant experience, with proven expertise supporting C-Level executives.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong leadership ability, with prior experience managing or mentoring a team of assistants.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professional demeanour, with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Must hold a valid HKID card.
