A leading Asia-focused investment management firm is looking for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to join their Recruitment team in Hong Kong on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have excellent English and strong Mandarin communication skills, be able to work at pace, and be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Recruitment team in formulating recruitment strategies to attract top junior talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hiring interns and graduates from attraction, hiring and pre-onboarding engagement
Support any related marketing initiatives and coordinate both campus and virtual career fairs
Post job requisitions and ensure compliance with local government regulations and labour laws
Maintain applicant tracking data and report on recruitment metrics
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts
Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Strive to be an ambassador for the firm at every interaction
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience in recruitment, campus recruitment would be preferable
Preference for candidates with background in financial institutions or professional services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Familiar with HR systems and assessment tools associated with campus recruiting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Proactive with ability to think on your feet and solve problems
Detail minded with ability to prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
