Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
· Act as a liaison between team members and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a keen attention to detail.
· Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both locally and internationally.
· Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
· Proactively identify and address operational and administrative needs to optimize team efficiency.
· Conduct research and gather data to support team projects and initiatives.
· Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
· Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
· Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
· Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) with eligibility to work in Singapore.
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
· Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to work well under pressure.
