Our client is a prestigious Family Office that manages a diverse portfolio across multiple business sectors. They are dedicated to excellence in financial management and seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all accounting and financial matters for the Family Office. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting, capable of managing multiple companies in various business areas.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Family Office
Prepare and analyse accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Develop and implement effective financial strategies to enhance financial performance and support the growth of the family’s investments
Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting
Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure financial stability across the portfolio
Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Work closely with various departments and portfolio companies to align financial strategies with overall business objectives
Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
CPA qualification is required
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, ideally within a Family Office or similar environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
HK Resident is a must
