Responsibilities:
- Rotate through companies learning processes and integrate into daily operations
- Perform all tasks as team leader
- Take responsibilities for projects in Hong Kong and PRC.
- Develop strong business and commercial practices to teach to the other members of your team
- Create relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to gain an understanding of different people and cultures
- Identify better business practices to improve company performance
Requirements
- Qualified accountants with minimum of 5 years of practical experience (HKICPA,CICPA, ICAEW, USCPA, ICAS, CICA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in one of the big four or equivalent would be highly advantageous
- English and Mandarin are mandatory, Cantonese would be an added benefit. Candidates who don’t state fluency in English and Mandarin will not be considered immediately
- Have a right of abode in Hong Kong and PRC
- Strong team leadership experience
- Ability to accept and adapt to different cultures, situations, operations and processes
