Our client, a prominent alternative investment firm focused on infrastructure and real assets, manages assets exceeding USD 50 billion. They are currently in search of a proficient Japanese-speaking Executive Assistant to provide support to their Singaporean and Tokyo teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, fluency in both Japanese and English, be a flexible team player, and be capable of handling day-to-day operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the calendars of team members in Singapore and Tokyo
Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
Processing monthly expenses and real-time invoices
Aiding in the preparation of meeting materials and responding to ad hoc reporting requests
Managing special projects, events, or initiatives in the Singapore office
Performing other miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a team in the finance industry
Fluency in English and a strong preference for Japanese
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Maintains confidentiality and always exercises discretion
Exhibits sound judgement, professional maturity, and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office
