Our client is a leading international law firm with excellent reputation in the market and they are looking for an Office manager to join their company.
Job Description:
Manage and monitor the performance of the secretarial staff within the local office, ensuring excellent quality of work
Partner with the Managing Partner to direct the day-to-day administrative operations of the office
Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory, as well as liaise with building management on facilities, maintenance, and security matters.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, as well as manage employee records, benefits, and payroll administration.
Organize employee events, team building activities, and training programs
Process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable/receivable, maintain financial records, assist with budget planning, and liaise with the firm's accounting department on all financial matters.
Coordinate with IT service providers to ensure smooth technology operations
Spearhead special projects and initiatives to improve office efficiency and productivity
Assist with the planning and execution of firm-wide events and meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field
5+ years of experience as an office manager, preferably in a legal setting
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office suite and various office management software
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Knowledge of legal industry practices and procedures is preferred
