Key Roles and Responsibilities
Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner.
Answer and screen all incoming phone calls.
Resolve caller inquiries or quickly refer to appropriate department for action.
Provide entry to guests visiting the office.
Greet Visitors by showing them to the boardroom.
Providing general administrative and clerical support when required.
Provides support and coverage for team and/or special events.
Book hotel & flights for staff when and if required
Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
Good command of English and Cantonese
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred
