An international financial services organisation is currently seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support a team of busy executives. The successful candidate will be proactive, an excellent administrator, keen to learn and seeking a long term career opportunity within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive travel arrangement and calendar management, supporting a team of busy executives
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
- Organize conference logistics
- Assist in projects
- Office administration support and providing day-to-day support to the team on an ad-hoc and proactive basis
Requirements:
- Preferably degree qualified, with 5-10 years of experience of supporting senior executives in a varied EA role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
- A proactive attitude, approachable and positive, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to handle discrete information
- Preferably a background in Financial Services
