Job Description

An international finance organisation, with its headquarters in Hong Kong, is currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Office Manager to support their small but busy team. The successful candidate is flexible, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the running of the office, including managing suppliers and administration support to the team on a proactive basis
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
  • Project work, including organising and managing events, getting involved in various projects across the business
  • Occasional reception support

Requirements:

  • Preferably degree qualified, with 3-4 years’ experience of office administration/office support in a multi-national environment
  • Excellent English (both verbal and written), alongside Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 'Hands-on’ approach, highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm, flexible personality, willing to get involved in a variety of duties
  • Previous exposure to the financial services industry an advantage, but not essential
