Our client, a fast growing sourcing company with a strong global presence, is looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy, and creative individual with superb people and project management skills to serve as Client Experience and Front Desk Supervisor. This role will play both an internal and external role for the organisation, aligning staff efforts and results as well as maintaining and developing external relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Create a fun and interactive client and employee experience across all channels to drive loyalty, engagement and value
- Greet, host, and provide support and hospitality for customers, clients, visitors and employees
- Handle all incoming calls
- Deal with all enquiries and refer clients to relevant staff members either face to face, via email or over the telephone; maintain a rapid response rate
- Provide direct input into the existing process and make recommendations for improvements based on your every experience
- Assist with the day-to-day management and administration of the office
- Contribute to the design and layout of everything, to enhance client experience
- Maintain an accurate and up to date records of valuation requests received at the reception counter
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably along with a minimum of two years’ working experience in Customer Service or Hospitality
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese
- Passion for helping customers and clients
- Ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively while working in a fast-paced environment
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
