A hugely successful Fin-Tech firm with a great working culture is looking for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join their growing team in their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business and will be comfortable operating in a constantly changing and truly dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy and dynamic office
-
Work closely with teams across the business in office space planning
-
Support on facilities matters such as housekeeping, office security and general services
-
Procure and manage external contractors and vendors in relation to Operations
-
Work closely with the Operations Manager on project-work including but not limited to renovations and fitting of new office floors, and any other ad hoc requests
Requirements:
-
Degree holder with at least 10 years relevant work experience, preferably within Financial Services
-
Excellent English communication skills are essential, Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred
-
Proven project management experience and the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions
-
Sound knowledge of procurement processes and procedures a plus
-
Knowledge of technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
-
Positive energy and enthusiasm is key, along with the ability to effectively manage the expectations of others
