Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative and operational support to the team
- Manage an extremely busy calendar of meetings, events, and complex and frequent international travel itineraries and arrangements
- Ensure the senior executives are adequately prepared for any meetings, business trips or other engagements
- Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
- Handling of confidential documentation and correspondence as requested
- Assist in the preparation and submission of expense claims and reimbursements
- Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years' experience in supporting senior level executives as a Secretary/Executive Assistant
- Preference for candidates with background in Financial Services, Professional services, or Consultancy firms
- Prior experience providing outstanding administrative support in fast-paced and international environments
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and business level of Korean
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Ability to solve problems and think "outside of the box"
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
