About the role
We are seeking a highly capable and polished Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO of a boutique private equity firm. This short-term engagement offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a boutique setting, enjoys autonomy, and brings a proactive, polished approach to executive support. Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, and ensure seamless logistics.
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise professionally with senior stakeholders via email, maintaining discretion and clarity in all correspondence.
Travel Planning:
Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transport, with precision and foresight.
Expense Reconciliation:
Track, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy in all tasks.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Outstanding drafting skills, particularly in professional email and document communication.
Confident and tactful in dealing with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role. Candidates with international exposure or cross-cultural experience are highly valued.
