A well-loved branding and design consultancy is searching for a superb individual to support their CEO. The successful candidate will have strong fundamental business concepts alongside a solid finance background. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the CEO
• Review legal and financial documents
• Act as a “gate keeper” and interact at all levels within the organisation
• Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks
• Project work, including organising and managing events, getting involved in various projects across the business
• Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support to the CEO
• Manage daily schedule, business appointments, and travel itineraries
• Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, presentations and other documents as needed
• Conduct background research on other brands in the designated sector
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
• Degree holder, preferably along with overseas education and relevant working experience within the legal or financial services industry
• Proactive and autonomous, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
