Our client is an international legal firm who is looking for an Office Manager to support their small Hong Kong team, as well as interact with colleagues across APAC. The successful candidate will be resourceful, have great communication skills, be comfortable in a small environment and able to build relationships at all levels within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing administration, secretarial support and any ad-hoc office requirements
- Supporting and overseeing expenses, book keeping/accounting and other miscellaneous duties
- Supporting the executives with EA/PA duties including travel plans and diary management
- Coordinating arrangements for visitors/events and getting involved in various projects across the organisation
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience of office management, ideally within a legal firm
- Excellent English and native Cantonese (both written and spoken), good Mandarin would be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to be resourceful and comfortable in a small office environment, while also being part of an international team
