A leading professional firm is looking for a well-presented, flexible, and proactive Team Assistant. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years relevant experience and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced role.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines, forward-thinking and independent
• Handle all travel itineraries, ensuring that travel arrangements and concurrence are made on time and within policy
• Prepare travel expense claims and travel expense reporting
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external parties
• Take part in business projects
• Coordinate meeting arrangements to appropriate persons and minutes as required and distribute accordingly
• Manage diary and calendar for the team executives
• Be fully conversant with all company policy and procedures as they relate to the company and key job functions
• Take initiative to highlight any matters of urgency, and communicate this at the earliest possible opportunity
Requirements:
• 5 years of secretarial experience in all-rounded secretarial duties in a financial institution
• Well-organized, excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of people
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines, forward-thinking, independent
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
