We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator with a background in hospitality to manage and execute a variety of corporate events. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences for attendees. This position is open to candidates from various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and networking functions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure services.
Coordinate event marketing efforts, including invitations, promotional materials, and attendee registration.
Oversee on-site event management to ensure smooth execution and address any issues that arise.
Gather feedback post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in law firm/ hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
