We are seeking a motivated IT professional to join and drive innovative IT and AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support technological initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT helpdesk assistance, including handling calls, tracking issues, coordinating responses, and escalating as necessary.
Offer daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems, networks, software, hardware, and applications.
Conduct routine system administration and operational tasks.
Oversee OS security updates and regularly assess IT policies and procedures.
Investigate, assess, and pilot new AI tools (such as generative AI copilots and AI agents) to enhance workflows and minimize manual tasks across the organization.
Develop and maintain AI prompt libraries and best-practice resources; train end-users on effective prompt creation and safe AI practices.
Work with various business units to identify potential AI applications, create proofs of concept, and manage the rollout of AI solutions.
Ensure compliance with AI governance, data privacy, and security standards; update policies as needed.
Create user guides and assist in improving global IT support processes.
Undertake additional tasks or travel as required by the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in managing network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and security solutions like firewalls and antivirus software.
Strong skills in server management (e.g., email, printers, backup servers) and support for on-site and off-site data centers.
A demonstrated interest in and commitment to continuous learning in AI and emerging technologies, with a history of experimenting with or implementing AI/ML or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini), prompt engineering, and related APIs is a plus.
A highly organized team player who is proactive and eager to learn.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
