About the role
We are partnering with an exclusive bridal shop that serves VVIP customers. The shop offers a luxury shopping experience and exceptional customer service. We are assisting them in the search for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead their dedicated team and oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of the store.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service to VVIP clients.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
Provide personalised customer service to ensure a luxurious and memorable shopping experience for clients.
Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and maximising revenue.
Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and ensure they meet performance expectations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Prepare daily sales reports and other operational documentation as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.
Strong background in providing premium customer service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with VVIP or high-net-worth clients is highly preferred.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanour, reflecting the luxury brand image.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must hold a valid HKID card.
